This page explains how booking with Haramain Tours works. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. How to book

All bookings made through Haramain Tours are subject to availability and final confirmation. Haramain Tours, a brand of Package Umrah LTD, acts solely as an agent to arrange your travel. Your contract is always directly with the principal service provider you choose, and we do not act as the main provider unless explicitly stated in our terms.

By making a booking, you confirm that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to accept these terms on behalf of all travellers in your booking
  • You understand that airlines, hotels and other suppliers may have their own terms

2. Prices

Prices shown on our website are subject to change without prior notice due to availability, currency fluctuations or supplier updates. Your price is confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Deposits and payments

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking
  • Failure to complete payments within the required timeframe may result in cancellation

Please ask us to confirm the deposit amount, payment deadlines and any cancellation charges that apply before you book.

4. Changes and cancellations

Our packages include services from airlines, hotels and transport companies. Changes and cancellations are subject to the terms of those providers, which will apply to your booking. We are not responsible for their actions, delays or cancellations, changes to their services, or any losses resulting from their operations.

5. Visas and travel documents

To process your Umrah visa, your details may be shared with government authorities, including authorities in Saudi Arabia. Please make sure the passport and personal details you give us are accurate and complete. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

6. ATOL protection

Some of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays or Umrah packages on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme (ATOL No. 11203). However, ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection applies to your booking.

If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate, then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all parts of your trip are not listed on it, those unlisted parts will not be ATOL protected.
