Zowar Alalami Hotel is a 3-star hotel about 300–350 m from Masjid an-Nabawi — about a 5 minute walk to the mosque. You travel between the two cities by Haramain high-speed train or private coach, as arranged with your package.
Flying from Oldham
From Oldham it is a short trip to Manchester Airport, where our 4- and 5-star packages take Saudia’s direct flight to Jeddah. You can travel in any month the Umrah season is open — the “Prices by month” table shows the price for each period.

Good to know before you travel
- Check the latest UK Foreign Office travel advice for Saudi Arabia before you book and again before you fly — travel insurance cover can depend on it.
- Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your date of travel.
- A meningitis ACWY vaccination certificate is required for Umrah — your GP or a travel clinic can provide it.
- Saudi rules allow women to perform Umrah without a mahram — ask us if you would prefer to travel within one of our groups.
- Hotel check-in and check-out times are set by each hotel; room views are not guaranteed.
- Travel insurance is not included and is strongly recommended from the day you book.

Which airport do I fly from?
Manchester, the nearest airport with flights to Jeddah for Oldham travellers. Ask us if you would prefer another UK airport.
How much is the deposit?
£100 per person secures your place (£250 for Christmas, New Year and the last ten nights of Ramadan); the balance is due before travel. See our booking policy.
Can I choose a different room?
Yes — quad, triple and double prices are shown for every period. Ask us for a single room or child quote.
When must the visa be issued?
Saudi Arabia issues 1448 Umrah visas until 9 March 2027 and pilgrims must enter by 23 March 2027. Dates from June 2027 depend on the 1449 season calendar, which has not been announced yet.
